<p>We have many different classes to meet our members schedules and needs.  The class schedule for boxing and kickboxing are at various times of the day, to ensure all of our members have a time that fits into their schedule.  These classes are also focused on increasing cardio, fitness and coordination.  There is a combination of fitness exercises and heavy bag work.  The advantages of these classes are increased fitness, flexibility and strength.  These classes burn more than 800 calories in a 60 minute workout.  They also leave you feeling relaxed and stress free, after hitting the bag and getting out all of your stress.</p>
<p>We also have Mixed Martial Arts class that blend Jiu-Jitsu, traditional Karate and Self- Defense.  These classes focus on the practical applications of various techniques.  Our members have experience ranging from beginners who are looking to compliment their fitness routines, to Black Belts in various areas of Martial Arts.  The advantages of these classes are increased coordination, experience with various self-defense techniques and complementary fitness to our regular classes.</p>
<p>Come in and take advantages of the free class we offer to all potential members.  There is no better way to see how our approach will increase the speed in you reaching your fitness goals than giving it a try for yourself.</p>

That is why Knockout Fitness has put brought together the team of instructors we have on staff.  They have all studied for years in various styles of fighting or Martial Arts.  Our instructors experience ranges from Jiu-Jitsu to traditional Karate, to Boxing and Muay Thai</p>

After being members for a while, many people start to look at increasing the intensity and detail in their workouts.  This is the perfect time to seek some personal training from one of our experienced instructors.</p>
<p>We have members looking to increase their fitness levels to help blow past plateaus.  Other members are looking for personal instruction to help them get ready for a sparring match at one of our Fight Nights.  We even have members who compete in the &#8216;Rage in the Cage&#8217; fight series in Arizona.</p>
