All of our classes are 1-hour in length and BURN 800-1000 CALORIES PER CLASS! Get both, cardio and resistance training at the same time. The equipment requirements are elementary: heavy bags, gloves, jump ropes, timer and music. And you’ll get a workout that doesn’t miss a spot: a 1,000-calorie-an-hour cardio bomb and a superb all-body toner that builds shoulders and forearms and works legs, hips, abs, upper back, triceps, biceps and lats. Want to blast your deltoids? Try holding 16-ounce gloves at chin level for two rounds.
Knockout Fitness instructors are all boxers, kickboxers and mixed martial artists that have gone through rigorous training and know the best way to challenge the body to its ultimate shape.
If you are looking for a high-energy workout, that is sure to achieve results, then KNOCKOUT FITNESS is for you. The vast majority of nationwide Knockout Fitness members are women and men who are interested in a cardio workout and enjoying the benefits of a solid fitness-training program. Whether it’s working with a bag or a partner, there’s little doubt about the fitness benefits of boxing classes. It’s an excellent workout for cardiovascular conditioning. The bag provides resistance, so you gain strength and muscle endurance. You acquire agility, speed and quickness over time. The twisting and turning movements train your abdominal muscles, especially the oblique.
In addition to cardio classes, Knockout Fitness has a complete weight room and cardio equipment.
